5th meeting of business centres: extra services
New St. Isaac’s is continuing to develop the programme of regular meetings of St. Petersburg business centres. The 5th such meeting took place on 1 April, 2014, and more than 20 business centres took part, including: Pulkovo Sky, Markus, UK Teorema, Alia Tempora, Alfa, Nevskaya Ratusha, Feniks, etc.
Each meeting is hosted by a different business centre – this time it was the turn of
Technopolis. Usually the first half of the meeting sees the managing team of the hosting section give a guided tour of their facility. The technology park’s guests were shown offices and public areas, including meeting areas, co-working zones, the restaurant, the caf?, rest areas, the sauna, and conference rooms. A discussion on the topic “Extra services for tenants” followed. Business centre management teams shared the list of the paid and free services they offer, and discussed the viability of introducing this or that service, as well as the actual demand for such services.
